Icons come from Phosphor at regular weight, re-exported from @mail/ui/components/icons so every app shares one curated set. Add new icons there instead of importing Phosphor directly.
Sizes
16px beside body text, 14px in small buttons, 12px in extra small controls. Decorative icons are hidden from assistive technology.
